Webinar Overview

Engineering Precision Porous Structures at Scale

Traditional micro-filter manufacturing methods often struggle to balance precision, repeatability, throughput, and cost. Variability in pore size and structure can impact device performance, flow characteristics, and manufacturing yield, particularly in medical and energy applications where consistency is critical.

This webinar will explore how precision laser micromachining enables tightly controlled porous geometries across a range of materials and applications. Attendees will gain insight into laser drilling capabilities, scalable manufacturing approaches, and the practical engineering considerations involved in producing advanced porous structures.

OpTek Systems combines expertise in lasers, optics, automation, software, and process engineering to deliver precision engineered manufacturing solutions for complex applications.
