OpTek will provide tailored preventative maintenance schedules for our customers internal maintenance departments. Specific training will be provided in all aspects of standard maintenance. OpTek can also provide engineers to perform preventative maintenance tasks as part of a Support contract. A full list of essential recommended spares will be provided with all equipment.

- General:- Confirm all machine panels are complete, the system is safe and in a suitable location
- Lasers:- Optically clean, Power checked, Cooling (water or air) filters checked
- Laser Safety:- Shutter & interlocks checked, Safety glass, warning lights.
- Moving Parts:- All moving parts are checked for expected operation
- Extraction:- Air flow, filers & system build-up
